Hi, I'm newbie in ModernBB or PunBB or Luna.I was wondering to know, which one of these you suggest to install and use it as Forum? Thanks alot
There is no easy way to understanding the life!
Windows/Phone Development Persian Training>http://Win-Nevis.CoM
Luna or phpBB 3.1
I do not understand the code. I am learning English.
Poll function would be nice now 😋
>>> Luna <<<
You're asking this on the Luna support forums? Luna of course. 😁 In general, you shouldn't be using ModernBB anyway as Luna can be considered "version 4".
You can do anything
I used ModernBB, PunBB and Luna, I think they all are very great but* PunBB isn't very beauty...* Luna is new, And can has some bugs ...* ModernBB is better, I personally use ModernBB
Doesn't better write a reason too?

Luna is indeed "new" in the sense that it got released back in April, however, like I said, its just a further developed version of ModernBB and could have been ModernBB 4, but we simply had to ditch the brand so we also started the versioning all over again.
Thank you for your good support 😁
I found engine SMF 2.1 Beta 2 ( example: simplemachines.ru )Also good. By default there is embedded a Paid Subscription.

I used SMF for a few years. It was (and sure still is) a great peace of software. With some tweaks you can get nice results but the system is kinda 'out of date'. Don't get me wrong: smf is rock solid like phpbb 3 and i like the new features (like two-factor authentication - maybe an idea for luna? 😋 ) but the development is slow and the standard version with its customization possibilities needs a fresh, good looking, responsive rebuild.
That was the point why I came to ModernBB or now Luna 😁
I agree with you! SMF development is slow. But Yannick do not want to login with social. And he does not want to do Paid Subscription. 😩
Well if you really need it, then you should make a plugin for this purpose or use another forum software 😉
Luna is really better than SMF, I analyzed SMF forums and Luna forums and I saw Luna's SEO is very better...
You analyzed engine SMF 2.0.10 or SMF 2.1?What forums do you analyze? What's worse, what is better?
Consider please even the forums on the engine phpBB 3.1.And write the details, and what is worse is better.
Hi Vadim,I bought a small host and uploaded SMF 2.0.10, Luna 1.1.1 and PHPBB ( I forgotten version, But it was the last version ) and I saw that Luna is better than SMF and PHPBB, website SEO analyzer wrote Luna is fast in loading and very good for mobile devices, Luna toke 46.66 percents and they both toke 33.33 percents.I analyzed they with woorank

May I point out that for phpBB you're testing the front page of a community site and not an actual board.
Gotta love the way this test works, by the way. We get points of because we don't have @forum_getluna as our Twitter account.
phpBB 3.1.5 = 76,9% (http://bit.ly/1ewzNUJ)
Personally, I do not like this test. And I do not understand why we need to do this test.
