When you go to /backstage/update.php you can click on "You can keep track of this at our website."
This links to http://getluna.org/release-notes-preview.php which doenst exists.

Thanks for notifying, we'll fix this for version 2.0.4, in the meantime, I'll make sure that that url is redirected to the correct page.
